Email & Unsubscribe Policy

We keep email simple: we only write to people who asked to hear from us, we write rarely, and leaving takes one click.
What we send
- Confirmation email — one message right after you join the waitlist, asking you to confirm your address.
- Product emails — occasional news about SupaSmart products and early access.
- Partnership emails — occasional messages about working together with SupaSmart.
- Replies — answers when you write to us.
Who receives them
Only people who signed up and confirmed through our double opt-in form, or who contacted us directly. We do not buy or rent email lists.
How often
Occasionally — typically no more than a few times a month, and often less.
Unsubscribing
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you; no login and no questions.
- You can also reply to any email or write to ai@supasmart.in asking to be removed.
- Unsubscribe requests are honoured permanently. We add your address to a suppression list so it is never emailed again, even if it appears in a future import.
- We act on unsubscribe requests immediately, and in any case within 10 business days.
Who the emails come from
Our emails come from an @supasmart.in address and are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). Replies go to ai@supasmart.in, which a person reads.
Complaints
If you think we emailed you without permission, tell us at ai@supasmart.in and we will remove you and look into how it happened.
