The service

SupaSmart provides AI employees for small businesses — software agents that help with work such as calls, social media and lead follow-up. Some products, including the AI social media manager, are in early access and may change, pause or end.

Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a launch date. We may invite people in stages. Early-access features are provided as they are and may contain errors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use SupaSmart to send spam or content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringes anyone’s rights;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or service;
• submit someone else’s details to our forms without their permission.

AI-generated output

SupaSmart’s AI employees produce drafts, messages and actions using automated systems. Output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing what is published or sent on your behalf and for the decisions you make with it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information and content you give us. You allow us to use it only to provide and improve the service for you.

Our content

The SupaSmart name, website, illustrations and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as normal browsing allows.

No warranty

The website and early-access services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SupaSmart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the website or early-access services.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks them. You can stop using SupaSmart at any time.
